All items are handmade to order by artisans in Trabzon, Türkiye, using the traditional Kazaziye technique. Please allow 2-5 business days for handcrafting before your order ships. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Puf Design jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
• To start a return, please contact us at pufdesign.amazon@gmail.com with your order number.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
